Editor's note (May 19, 2020): Walmart announced that it will be discontinuing Jet.com and channeling its efforts into the Walmart.com brand. Jet sellers and customers are reportedly being sent to the Walmart Marketplace. To learn more about selling on Walmart, check out our blogs on "How to Sell on Walmart Marketplace" or "Walmart vs. Amazon: What Sellers Need to Know."

While Jet.com is growing and Zentail customers are experiencing compelling performance from the new marketplace, it's still a challenge to get SKUs through Jet Review and listed on the live site.

We've been working hard to create a solution that gives your SKUs the best change of fast-tracking Jet.com's review process. Here's how it works:

1) Head over to the catalog view. Hint: start with the products in the Jet section on the left sidebar that are in the "Listed" status:

2)In the catalog table, click the first row and scroll down the left sidebar to the "Channels" section.

3) If the Jet.com card in this section contains "Suggested Improvements", then click the "FIX ISSUES" button, enter the suggested attributes and click the red 'check' button on the bottom right to save your work.

4) If an attribute in the Suggested Improvements message is missing from Zentail, the attribute is irrelevant, or the choices in a dropdown are not relevant, please contact partner@jet.com to let them know the Jet Browse Node ID and the attribute which is missing or irrelevant.

If you have any questions, contact us through the Intercom chat icon on the bottom right of your screen and we'll help you out ASAP.
