Amazon marketplace seller accounts are the subject of increased hacking attempts. From what we understand, this involves changing bank account settings and discounting of pricing to liquidate inventory.

How to Reset Your Amazon Central Seller Login and Active 2-Step Authentication

  1. In Seller Central => click Settings and select Login Settings
  2. Click Edit in the Password row to change your password to something more secure (use special characters or a [password generator (https://passwordsgenerator.net/), avoid common words and personal names and dates)
  3. Click Edit in the Advanced Security Settings row which takes you to this webpage to implement 2-step verification.
