How long are your contracts? Do you offer monthly plans?

Our contracts cover a 12-month period. This is to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your software and receiving proper care over an entire fiscal year. It’s also to establish a stable foundation so that your business can grow without disruption. As a result, we do not currently offer monthly plans. A semi-committed relationship can do much more harm than good.

Can I change my plan during my contract period?

Yes! We want to make sure that you’re always getting value out of Zentail and that your contract fits your business size. If you outgrow your plan or simply want to restructure how you’re charged for platform services, reach out to our Customer Success team to explore your options anytime.

What happens during implementation?

Implementation is critical to your success with Zentail. During this period, we not only hook you up with a new Zentail account—we make sure that your product data is configured correctly to prevent any data leakage or costly mistakes in the future. We also audit your catalog and current workflows to find opportunities for improvement, as well as train your team on using the Zentail platform. Lastly, we use this period to get to know you better! Will I have to pay for each channel and app that I integrate?

Nope, we don’t believe in charging you for every new sales channel that you add after a contract has been signed.
