We're excited to announce our integration with ShipWorks! ShipWorks is a leading desktop shipping software for ecommerce sellers. ShipWorks is part of the Stamps.com family of companies along with Endicia, ShipStation and ShippingEasy.

Highlights

The Zentail ShipWorks integration allows Zentail sellers complete control to feed orders for specific channels including Jet.com directly into your Zentail module in ShipWorks.

Zentail sends package weight and unit price for each order line item.

On the order level we send Customer Comments, Channel Name (including store name on channel), Channel Order ID, Total Payment Amount, along with the Order Status from Zentail.

You can change how often to download orders from Zentail -- the default is 15 minutes. Here's a ShipWorks support article.

What version of ShipWorks does Zentail integrate with?

ShipWorks releases a new version every two weeks, so nothing major would change between versions related to their API. We developed the integration on 5.15, and then fully tested it with 5.17, the latest version.
