On Monday July 6, 2015, we officially shut down our multi-channel online retail operations. Even though we were highly automate and generating reasonable profit with minimal overhead, we recognized an opportunity to provide more value to the marketplace ecosystem by addressing the pain points of fellow marketplace sellers. The decision was a no-brainer.

Our vision is to simplify multi-channel selling, connecting the world's online sellers with the world's consumers. We're building the operating system for multi-channel ecommerce.

The current state of multi-channel inventory and order management is far from ideal. Every marketplace seller has a unique business process and ecommerce "stack" or fingerprint. Multi-channel sellers are underserved and we've been listening.

What's your ecommerce Stack?

You might operate your own warehouse (with or without a warehouse management system), use a 3rd party such as FBA, and/or dropship from suppliers. You might control your own brand at high margins, or compete - in part on price - at low margins. You might operate your own site(s) powered by Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Yahoo! Store, or another shopping cart. You might sell on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Jet.com, Sears.com, Newegg.com, or some combination. You might use Quickbooks or Xero. fulfillment method, product and margin profile, shopping cart, marketplaces, accounting system, etc.

We've been focused on commerce technology since our initial backing by Y Combinator in 2012. Over the past 2 years, we've built a powerful suite of proprietary software to manage inventory and orders on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Zentail.com (Magento Community Edition), and Jet.com. We relentlessly automated every major manual process required to list, compete and provide great customer service. Now, we're opening it up to marketplace sellers who share our vision.

Our goal is to provide marketplace sellers with a deeply flexible and truly customizable platform for inventory and order management. We can't support all "stacks", but we're working on it.
