ATTENTION OVERLY-RELIANT FBA SELLERS! As of September 1, 2016, Amazon has discontinued their brand neutral packaging. This means all FBA multichannel fulfillment orders are shipping in Amazon-branded packaging. Under no circumstances is FBA MCF an accepable fulfillment method for Walmart Marketplace orders. If you're reading this, you're probably scrambling for an alternative fulfillment solution.

If you're looking for a solution to ship multichannel orders (Jet.com, Walmart, etc.) using a 3PL, look no further than ShipStation and Zentail.

Zentail is an official Jet.com and Walmart Marketplace integration partner and we're working with ShipStation to make it easy for you to start shipping multichannel orders from any 3rd party fultillment partner of your choosing. As long as your 3PL can integrate with ShipStation, you're in business. Here's how it works:

  1. Zentail connects your catalog and inventory with major marketplaces including Jet.com and Walmart Marketplace.
  2. Orders flow into Zentail and are automatically routed into ShipStation.
  3. Your 3PL integrates with your ShipStation account, retrieves your orders, ships them, and posts the tracking information back into ShipStation.
  4. Zentail listens for order status updates in ShipStation and pulls your orders into Zentail and relays your tracking information to the associated sales channel.

It's that simple. Let's talk about Zentail and ShipStation, the easiest combination to grow your online business.
