Eligibility Requirements

To sell on Facebook Marketplace, you must apply and receive approval. Approval is largely based on the types of products you sell and your ability to meet certain performance criteria.

  • Products in key categories (apparel, accessories, home and electronics are high priority)
  • You must be a brand or authorized reseller of new, physical goods
  • Must be located within the U.S.
  • Must accept returns within 30 days
  • Must be able to ship orders within three days of purchase (to be received within seven days)
  • At least one listing in your Facebook Shop with available inventory
  • Professional-looking listings (clean images, complete product data, proper grammar)
  • Competitive pricing / price parity
